I completely understand that life happens. As an independent stylist providing one-on-one services, last-minute cancellations directly affect my ability to serve my clients and support my business. I kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. The first late cancellation or no-show will be noted with no fee charged. A card on file will be required to book future appointments. Any additional late cancellations may result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service, and a non-refundable deposit will be required for future bookings.
